We used Able Moving for both our move and my mother's move. In both cases, they were excellent. From getting the estimate, through moving day, the process was simple, easy, and transparent. Their prices were fair and honest. They showed up on time and the moving crews worked hard and efficiently. On the day of my mother's move, we had a terrible storm and it was a cold, hard rain the entire day but I was amazed not only at how hard the Able Moving crew worked, but how they kept their spirits high and were so cheerful throughout the day. It made the day not nearly as bad as I was expecting and they were very careful with keeping my mother's belongings dry and her house mud-free. I was very impressed through both moves with Able Moving and would definitely use them again if we have another move.

Able Moving & Storage made my move from northern VA to TN quite smooth. Jill came out to my home and noted the inventory of my belongings. She utilized an iPad inputting items and presenting a ballpark instant quote which was quite reasonable. She also offered valuable advice and answered any questions. Anni took care of preparing all necessary paperwork for the move and was very pleasant to work with. The driver, Richie, contacted me the day prior to the move to confirm the arrival time. He and his crew arrived earlier than expected and worked diligently to wrap and protect my furniture and belongings onto the van. They took exceptional care of all my delicate items. I was pleasantly surprised when Able contacted me stating they were able to deliver my belongings to the new home a day earlier than expected which worked out so well. Once again, Richie and his team provided outstanding service as well as attentiveness to any requests. Able Moving and Storage packed and moved our household goods (Job Number 565669) from Northern VA to the Charlottesville area in mid-December 2023 . Able made the moving process very easy and we would not hesitate to use them again. We were very impressed with the crew they provided for our move. They were all very professional and took care to make sure nothing was damaged during the move. We packed many of our own boxes, but when we eventually ran out of steam, Able took over and completed the packing process. Since the final cost of our move turned out to be less than their initial estimate we received a refund for the difference. We strongly recommend Able Moving and Storage for your consideration.

From scheduling to the actual move everything went smooth! Antonio was great, highly recommend! Great about calling 30 minutes before arrival and understanding when there was a last minute change at my apartment building. Able Moving company were exceptional with our move out of state. The day of they arrived earlier and Richie made sure he and his team secured every item in our house thoroughly. In the mist of their hard work, we made time for laughter and dance. They team worked extremely diligently to get us moved. I truly like how they protected my floors and walls to ensure if furniture hits it, there won't be any scratches. The attention to that type of detail is vital with moving.
